RULES OF USE OF THE KMAIL DIGITAL SERVICE

These Rules of Use of the Kmail Digital Service (hereinafter — the "Rules") are an integral part of the User Agreement of the Kmail Digital Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement") and specify the procedure for using the Kmail Digital Service (hereinafter — the "Service"), permissible and impermissible actions, technical restrictions, and consequences of their violation.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Service is provided by the Public Foundation for the Development of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy (hereinafter — the "Foundation") on a gratuitous basis as a socially beneficial digital initiative.
1.2. By using the Service, the User undertakes to comply with:
- the User Agreement;
- these Rules of Use of the digital service;
- the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy;
- the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1.3. Violation of the Rules may result in measures provided for in clause 4.1.2 of the Agreement, including temporary restriction of functionality, account blocking, or its complete deletion without the right to recover data.
2. PERMISSIBLE USE
2.1. The Service is intended for:
- personal and business correspondence;
- receiving and sending official notifications, documents, and registration data;
- exchanging files in permitted formats and volumes;
- use for educational, scientific, cultural, and public purposes.
2.2. The User has the right to:
- register one or more mailboxes subject to registration conditions;
- configure the interface, filters, forwarding, auto-reply, and other standard features of the Service;
- contact the support service regarding issues related to the operation of the Service.
3. PROHIBITED ACTIONS
When using the Service, the following is prohibited:
3.1. Spam and mass mailings
- Sending unsolicited mass, commercial, or advertising messages to recipients.
- Using the Service to collect email addresses of third parties.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or programs for mass sending of messages.
3.2. Malicious activity
- Distribution of viruses, spyware, malicious links, attachments, etc.
- Using the Service to conduct phishing attacks.
- Attempting to hack, destabilize the operation of the Service, or test its vulnerabilities without written permission from the Foundation.
3.3. Violation of legislation
- Sending, receiving, or storing any materials that violate the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, including materials of extremist, terrorist, or pornographic content, as well as materials that incite hatred or violate copyright.
- Distribution of materials that violate the rights of third parties, including copyright and privacy rights.
- Using the Service to organize or coordinate unlawful activity.
- Using the Service for fraud, deception, or unlawful obtaining of information.
- Impersonating another person.
- Sale, resale, transfer, or commercial use of Service accounts.
3.4. Abuse of resources
- Using a mailbox exclusively as a temporary address for one-time registrations.
- Using forged sender addresses, message headers, or other methods to conceal the origin of messages.
- Storing confidential data in plain text in mail messages (bank cards, passwords for third-party services).
- Actions that may disrupt the stable operation of the Service or create excessive load on the infrastructure.
4. TECHNICAL RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITS
4.1. The following limits apply to all Kmail accounts:

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY
5.1. The User undertakes to:
- use a strong password (at least 8 characters, including letters of different case, numbers, or special characters);
- not transfer the password to third parties;
- immediately change the password and notify the support service if unauthorized access is suspected.
5.2. The Service recommends enabling two-factor authentication (available to all users).
6. USE RESTRICTIONS
6.1. The Service is not intended for:
- storing the only copy of important documents (creating backup copies is recommended);
- transmitting information constituting state secrets.
6.2. The User is not entitled to:
- sell, rent, or transfer access to their account to third parties;
- create accounts for automatic registration on third-party resources;
- use the Service to circumvent blocks or restrictions of other services.
7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
7.1. The Service may apply the following measures in case of violation of the Rules:

7.2. The User may appeal a blocking by contacting the support service within 30 calendar days from the moment of blocking.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. These Rules take effect from the moment of publication on the Service website.
8.2. All changes to the Rules are published on the official website of the Service. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes the User's consent to the new version.
8.3. In all matters not regulated by these Rules, the parties shall be guided by the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy, and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
